Another month - another little round up of the products I've been loving! So which beauty products have a been using a lot throughout March?

a flatlay image of the beauty products I have been using the most this month

1. Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick in #625 'Iced Caramel' - This lipstick has definitely become my favorite out of the two. It's also a matte lipstick but it's also really creamy and I don't feel the need to add a glossy top coat. This is a much lighter more natural shade and I've been wearing it most days. Although it is a very basic shade I still think it completes my makeup look nicely and I'm definitely going to get a lot of wear out of it.

2. Laura Paige Sunset Shimmer Bronzing Powders - I bought this little set months ago at the clothes show but I've only really been using it for the last couple of weeks. I've never really been into bronzing and contouring but I've been feeling really pale lately and I needed something to brighten up my face. I use the darker shades to define my cheekbones and the lighter shade to highlight under my eyes, along my nose, and the center of my forehead. It really does make a big difference to my overall makeup.

3. No7 Extreme Length Waterproof Mascara - When I first tried out this mascara I didn't really like it. I felt like it was a bit too wet for my lashes if that makes sense? It stayed in my pen pot for a couple of months until I cracked it out again a few weeks ago. Its very similar to my old faithful 'Exceptional Definition' which is another No7 product. It makes my lashes look super long and now that it's dried out a bit, it fans them out really nicely too. I will definitely be repurchasing this mascara in the future.

4. Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick in #553 'Glamorous Red' - So I picked up this lipstick and the one below in Duty Free on my way back from Amsterdam last month. I was after a new Channel lippy but they didn't have any so I settled for these beauty's. I was only going to get one but as I couldn't decide which I liked better and they were so cheap I got both. This one is a deep pink, almost red colour and I've mostly been wearing it on nights out and to dinner. It's a matte lipstick but its really creamy which is hard to find even in regular lipsticks.

I've love to hear what you guys are loving this month! Let me know in the comments below or over on Twitter!

MARCH BEAUTY FAVOURITES

*This product was gifted to me. This is not a sponsored post.

I haven't written a product review in quite a while so I thought I'd get back into it with a product I've been testing out over the last few weeks - Sudocrem.

Sudocrem is a very well known skin care product, it's been a family favorite for years. My mom had always used it on us as kids and up until recently I thought it was really only for soothing sore skin and nappy rash. That was until I picked up a handy travel sized Skin Care Cream.

A whole tube of Sudocrem Skin Care Cream

The Sudocrem Skin Care Cream is specifically designed for teenagers and adults with sensitive or spot prone skin. It can also be used to soothe shaving rash and help with dry patches. Although I never tried this out on rashes I can definitely vouch for it being a gentle product and helping clear up dry skin.

As you all probably know by now I suffer will really dry skin and patchy eczema. Although there's no cure for it I have used several creams that have helped, including this one. I get a really bad patch of dry skin on my wrist and for the last couple of weeks I have been applying Sudocrem before bed. I really wish I had some before and after pictures because the transformation really is amazing. Although it hasn't totally cleared up, its healed up quite a lot and the skin isn't as inflamed.

Although it doesn't claim to be a moisturizing cream, it does help with dry skin. Like I said previously, I've used it every night before bed and with regular use I did see improvements. If you do have severe dry skin like myself, I would suggest using other moisturizing creams to accompany the Sudocrem as it cant work miracles.

One thing I love about this cream is the smell. Although it's not advertised as a scented skin care cream it does smell really good and even Sean commented on how nice my face smelt after I'd applied it. Another bonus is the price. A 30g travel sized product retails at around £1.99 and considering how long it lasts, its a bargain.

One thing I personally don't like about this cream is the consistency. It's quite a thick cream and although some people love that, I generally prefer thinner creams as I've found this quite hard to rub in. However when the cream is rubbed in properly it doesn't feel greasy on the skin which is always a plus when you use it before going out.

This isn't a cream I would used all over but for particularly dry or irritated skin it's become my daily go to product. Overall I've enjoyed using this product and I will continue to use it alongside my other skin care creams. I would give this cream an 8/10.

Have you tried Sudocrem before? Do you like it?

REVIEW | SUDOCREM SKIN CARE CREAM*

Anti-Tangle brushes like the Easy Tease have been around for a while now but I've only recently got around to using one. I've been eyeing up a Tangle Teezer for a while but honestly I think they're quite pricey. I know Tangle Teezer are the original anti-tangle brushes, but that doesn't mean they're the best?

I work in a supermarket and so I have to tie my hair up every day for work. I'm really lazy when it comes to getting ready so I usually put my hair up in a very messy bun. That can often result in me having super knotty hair by the end of the day. I hate spending ages brushing the knots out and pulling half my hair out in the process so I got an Easy Tease.

The Easy Tease claims to painlessly detangle your hair whether its wet or dry. To save you reading all the way through the review I'll let you know now that it does actually work. It makes brushing out knots a lot easier and quicker. That being said, it can take time and it does take patience. You need to use the brush slowly and properly or you will end up ripping your hair out.

One good thing about this product is its cute design. The shape makes it really easy to hold and I love the colour. I have the hot pink one but I know you can also buy it in purple. It's the design of the bristles on the brush that really do the work. I can't find any information on how it actually works but it must have something to do with with the different length bristles. The bristles come in two sizes and are molded to the brush making it really easy to clean.

This product retails at around the £7 mark which isn't cheap but I don't think it's expensive either. Other similar brushes sell for around the same price although I haven't tried others so I can't compare the quality. Overall if used properly this is a good little product and does exactly what it promises, so for that reason I would give it a 7/10.

Have you used the Easy Tease before? What did you think?

EASY TEASE - THE TANGLE TEEZER DUPE

So as usual I'm late posting about my monthly beauty favorites. I didn't buy that much last month and the bits I did buy I haven't really got around to testing yet. I didn't really have that much to choose from but I used these 4 items pretty much daily throughout February so I thought they were the best to write about.

Here are my February Beauty Favourites...

FLATLAY PHOTO OF MY 4 FEBRUARY BEAUTY FAVOURITES

1. Avon Little Black Dress Perfume - I first tried this perfume a couple of months ago when I borrowed my sisters. She wears it a lot and after using it just once I knew I had to have one for myself. Although this is an Avon product its sold on Amazon for around £7 which I think is a great price. I love the simple design of the bottle and the almost old fashioned smell of the perfume. This is my new everyday scent.

2. Ted Baker Eyeliner Pen - I'm not actually sure if you can buy this as it came in a Ted Baker Christmas gift set Sean bought me, but I've used it almost everyday since I got it so I want to mention it. This is the first eye liner pen I've ever used and I'm really impressed. This eyeliner makes it really easy to do little flicks at the edges of my eyes and its quite long lasting. Although it does tend to dry out I just store it upside down and it's ready to go when I want to use it.

3. Benefit Roller Lash Mascara - Along with every other blogger in the world I bought last months ELLE magazine to get a free sample of the new Benefit mascara. You might have seen my review of the Roller Lash mascara that I posted earlier this week but just in case you didn't I'll go over the main pros. Its ridiculously long lasting and makes my lashes look super long as well as really think. Although it doesn't define my lashes very well its still a really good mascara and one I've been reaching for most days.

4. Makeup Revolution Eyeshadow in 'Touch Me' - I've been after a nude matte eye shadow for a while as the ones in my pallets are getting dangerously low. I use nude eyeshadow everyday and I wanted a single one I could just throw in my bag. I found this one in Superdrug for just £1 and I've used it none stop since. It can look a little dry sometimes but as long as I remember to use primer first that's not a problem. This is the first product I've bought from Makeup Revolution and I'm really tempted to try out some more from the range.

So those were my February favorites. Have you tried any of these products before? I'd love to know what you think!
